Sorry guys, this is a women's only group.
Are you looking to conquer the world? If so, this group probably won't help you with that. But if you're looking to meet extraordinary new women, try entertaining things, or just get out of the house and do something, this group is for you!
Together we'll share events including music, dance, comedy, local festivals, and whatever else may strike our fancy. Of course we'll find fun and fabulous places to eat and drink along the way. You have an idea for an event? Let's hear it! We want our activities to be as varied as our membership.
Remember... Well-behaved women seldom make history!
For the safety of our members, we require a clear profile photo of you for your membership. Sorry, no exceptions.
Please be courteous to other members and change your RSVP to "No" at least 24 hours prior to the event if you cannot make it, especially if it's a limited seat event. If you no show to 3 or more events you will be removed from the group for 6 months.

NEW YEAR, NEW YOU CHALLENGE: Day 1 - Orangetheory Fitness Strength/Tread
Orangetheory Fitness, 345 W 104th Ave, Anchorage, AK, USDo you like cardio? Do you prefer lifting? Well, either way we have something for you. Join us for the Tread 50 / Strength 50 class at Orangetheory Fitness. No, you will not be running for 50 minutes straight so don't let that stop you! It's done in blocks where you can run, jog, or just walk. (If I can do it, there's a good chance you can do it. 😉)

FROM ORANGETHEORY FITNESS:
Orangetheory's Tread 50 is a 50-minute class focused entirely on treadmill (or bike/strider) cardio and endurance training, running parallel to Strength 50 classes, designed to build stamina, improve running performance (VO2 max), and offer uninterrupted, coach-guided time for longer zone training, great for runners or those wanting more cardio without strength work, using templates for varying paces.
What it is:
- Duration: 50 minutes.
- Focus: Cardio, endurance, running/rowing/biking.
- Structure: Self-paced but coach-guided, using cards with different templates (e.g., long distances, intervals).
- Equipment: Treadmill, bike, or strider.
- Parallel Class: Runs at the same time as the Strength 50 class, allowing members to choose their focus.
Why People Take It:
- Endurance Building: Great for increasing mileage and cardiovascular fitness.
- Weatherproof Training: Avoids heat, cold, or rain issues when running outside.
- Zone Training: Excellent for extending time in lower heart rate zones (like Green Zone) for overall health.
- Supplementing Other Workouts: Helps break up weekly routines or focus on running when you want to skip strength.
- Race Prep: Useful for training for events like 5Ks or half marathons.

FROM HER FUSION FITNESS:
This is Fusion’s Signature Class.
Two unique workout methods are fused together to improve both your cardio-vascular and muscular strength fitness. The class is split into two halves.
#### 1st Half
This part is your opportunity to burn calories without feeling the high intensity! Our cardio has low impact on the joints and it is 68% more efficient than jogging (according to NASA’s journal of Applied Sciences). Expect maximum caloric expenditure in the shortest amount of time. You will discover a performance level and strength you didn’t know existed inside you. HR (heart rate) target zone: 75%-95%
#### 2nd Half
This is when you will continue to burn calories however, the target heart rate zone goes down to 55%-65%. The focus is now on barre and pilates-inspired exercises to create long and lean feminine physique.4 attendees
