We Cycle Rock and Stroll RVA

I am going to pre walk the Belle Island Trail and Canal walk before the featured event on 11-30-25...I will walk it alone but opening up 3 spots
for those who want to do the trial run with me...I have the All trails app so it is mostly dummy proof but i have been known to push the envelope lol..

Bring weather appropriate gear water optional walking stick I carry first aid kit. Lets do this see you then

Ok Everyone just in case you over indulge on that Thanksgiving feast. I will be spending TG in New York with family so that potential is very real lol...I have just the cure to minimize those holiday love handles...We will meet at 300 Tredegar street parking lot...We will first cross the foot bridge to Belle Isle and do a total of 1.6 mile loop a great view of the river rock formations Quarry Ruins and Quarry pond...We will then proceed back to our starting point and do the 2.4 mile Canal walk loop where will observe Sculptures and Murals...Bring weather appropriate gear water and a smile..

Well lets do it We will meet in parking lot...Map in photo section (A) opposite side of Woolridge rd from lake we will proceed on the Gravel Trail south to point (D) turn around and walk to board walk (B) cross in tunnel and walk around the lake (E) walk back to parking lot A we will do this twice for a total of 3.0+ miles
