On this walking experience, you will dive into the city’s musical heartbeat: the bars where songs were whispered into life, the corners where rhythms emerged, and the neighbourhoods shaped by voices from Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, Portugal, and beyond.
As you wander through Lisbon’s historic streets, you will hear stories drawn from musical history and lived experience — tales of artists, resistance, migration, fado, jazz, rock, hip-hop, semba, morna, and the cultural movements that made Lisbon one of the world’s most musical cities.
You will stop at meaningful venues, small bars, cultural spaces, and open-air viewpoints. At each stop, you will discover the stories behind the sounds — some serious, some funny, all real.
This is a living, breathing musical experience: part walk, part storytelling, part music, and fully authentic.
