I Tried to Add AI and Rebuilt TLS Instead by Dmytro Huz

It started with a privacy problem around using external AI models. I noticed an interesting similarity with TLS and wondered whether the same basic idea could somehow apply to AI. That thought sent me down a rabbit hole into cryptography and TLS, where I started rebuilding the protocol step by step by looking at the problems each part is trying to solve. Along the way, I learned not only how TLS fits together, but also that while we can delegate a lot of work to AI, we still need to pass through the confusion, mistakes, experiments, and corrections ourselves if we want to truly understand something.
