Welcome! This is for anyone who wants to make new friends throught Ventura, Santa Barbara, and even LA and go on adventures together, big and small. Whether you're new in town, or just looking to expand your social circle, it will be a fun experience either way! We host various events, such as hikes, beach days, game nights, bar crawls, karaoke, trivia & much more. Please feel free to suggest new events or ideas!
Rules*:
1)good-natured ribbing aside, no excessive sh*t-talking or gossiping of/about other members.
2)no excessive no-shows. If you can’t make an event that you signed up for, be sure to update that RSVP. Makes planning events much easier!
3)Do NOT message random members without consent. Our group is not a dating app or MLM marketing scheme, and you will be removed if we find out you have done so. We have standards in this group and we expect all members, new and old, to abide by them.

If you are a bit of an adrenaline junkie or have them on your bucket list and want to try some the most intense (and safe-ish) rides in the country then come by to Six Flags Magic Mountain at Valencia right at the top of the San Fernando Valley!
Tickets this day are $49 dollars, with $35 dollar parking and annual passes are relatively cheap too if you honestly go twice on a weekend it pays for itself. But I'll leave it up to you! But if you want to go I recommend downloading their app which has all the wait times and a way to get the Flashpass which you can use to book a ride in advance and save time. I would also recommend you have it as I will be using it myself.

That being said, given that it is a weekday evening a fair amount of rides may not have lines so we should still be fine. My plan is to walk the park in a loop (the rides are in different themed areas surrounding the central hill), so I will be commenting on which ride we will be at so you can come by when you can and still meet with us.
The park will be closing at 9pm for the summer season so this event isn't a huge day trip to enjoy the park all day but for those of you who have a pass and want to try something really different (like riding X2 on a wednesday hah) then sign up and lets break up the week going 60 miles an hour upside down hah.
Plus its good cardio so its healthy :P
