Welcome!! This group is for those who are interested in the local music scene in Venice, Sarasota, Englewood, Punta Gorda and surrounding areas. We will post local live music events regularly for all of us to get together to attend. All members are welcome to attend and anyone is welcome to host!! We have an incredible music scene down here in Southwest Florida, this group is designed to experience those talents and support our local musicians!!!
Note that effective October 2024, all members will receive a 60-day trial period to ensure our group meets your interests. If you choose to remain a member, there is a $5 annual membership fee. I trust that you will receive at least $5 worth of entertainment from our group each year!!!!!! 😊

This is an indoor event, rain or shine. Free parking at the venue. We can meet in lobby area between 6:30-6:45 and sit together. Beverages and snacks served at the venue. Join us Saturday, August 23 at 11:30am to see Mike Imbasciani and his Bluez Rockerz play at the at the Twisted Fork in Port Charlotte.
(I know, that's early, but that's what their website says!!! They play till 3:30, come join us whenever you're ready!!)
We have seen Mike play for many years and he is an amazing musician!
He's been playing blues music since he was a young child and he is favored by many as an amazing performer! He’s based here in the Port Charlotte area and plays across SWFL, as well as in Nashville, Memphis, and other U.S. locations. Many of us have seen him perform in the past, and he always puts on a great show!!No cover charge, but we ask that you generously tip our waitstaff and our local musicians!!
We have a table reserved for our group. When you arrive, tell hostess you are with the Venice Music Scene group or look for our signs on the table.
You are welcome to bring friends or come solo and meet some new people!
