Braided Root Waters Healing Sanctuary is a place for transformational healing and re-connection to the Earth, to Spirit, to Fire, to Beauty, to Purpose, to Truth, to Ourselves, and to Each Other.
The energetic heart of the Land is a large Medicine Wheel with a Fire Circle at its center. We are growing a community of people who love the Earth and who deeply feel the Earth’s and our own pain in these extreme times. Come gather so we can know we are not alone. Founders:
Betti Rooted Lionheart (Lambro): I am a Shamanic Healer and a Minister of the Church of Earth Healing. I help people transform personal and collective (planetary/ human condition) trauma and despair so they can access meaningful and lasting change in their lives and find their inner power, purpose, and joy. I bring people together around Fire.
Anna Di Pilla: I am a trauma-informed bodyworker, embodied yoga guide, somatic therapies practitioner, and shamanic healer. I guide people into the waters of their emotions and support them as they explore the messages in their bodies, alchemize the wisdom they unearth, and unravel liberated expressions of self.
Riannon Zorn : I am an interconnective groove greaser, a radiator of reverence, an intentional weaver of worlds and a maker of spectacular mistakes. With a bone-deep commitment to letting intuition lead the way – and a background in curriculum development, movement therapeutics, shamanic healing, life coaching and relational growth – I am dedicated to soothing challenged souls, forging innovative connections, and being of the highest service.

In a Circle of Spiritual connection, Betti Rooted Lionheart takes you on a guided Shamanic Journey to meet the Goddess Lilith for yourself and to feel empowered by releasing what binds you.
Shamanic Journeying is a skill that anyone can learn! It is about allowing a part of your Spirit to SAFELY travel in the Spirit World to meet with your Spirit Guides for the purposes of receiving guidance, love, energy, healing, and transformative experiences.Betti begins this guided journey with her signature Grounding, Centering, and Shielding Practice that protects you as you travel in the Spirit World. After the journey there will be quiet time to take notes on your experience.

- Full water bottle
- Bring a hot drink if you want one
- Bring anything you need to sit or lay comfortably: cushions/ yoga mat/ blankets/ pillows (folding chairs are available)
- A Journal or paper
- Pencil or pen
- An eye covering (such as a sleep mask, a hat you can pull over your eyes, a scarf or bandana or other cloth that can be tied over your eyes, etc.)
- Wear comfortable clothing and have layers
