This book club is going to be two parts: one group will be for award-winning foreign books translated into English. The second group will be for award-winning high-school level books written in French.
The first book club is for anyone looking to expand their horizons from the comfort of their couch. We'll be reading bestsellers from around the globe and discussing them after. No foreign language skills necessary.
The second is a book club for French students and native speakers alike! We will be reading award-winning books published in French and written at a high school level (winners of the Prix Goncourt des Lycéens). This will be the perfect challenge for those of you whose New Year's resolution is to improve your French, and a great way to relax and meet new people for those of you who can already read French. These discussions will be primarily in French. Books can be ordered from Lireka[dot]com/fr or downloaded on Kindle.
