For our next Together We Read meetup, we’re reading The God of Small Things by Arundati Roy— a Booker Prize-winning novel that tells a story about childhood experiences of the fraternal twins whose lives are destroyed by the "Love Laws" prevalent in the 1960s in Kerala, India.
Our book club has been on something of a world tour through literature, and this time, we’ve landed in India with this powerful and lyrical story.
📍 Location: Cafe Moh, Demmeringstraße 21, 04177 Leipzig (we will probably be sitting near the balcony)
We’ll sip on hot drinks and share our thoughts on the book together.
