Money is more than numbers, budgets, or income streams it’s shaped by our beliefs, experiences, and nervous systems.

This two-hour experience is for women who want to shift their relationship with money from pressure and survival into safety, ease, and flow. Whether you earn money directly, share finances with a partner, are supported by a spouse, or are in the early stages of starting to make money, this space is designed to meet you where you are and help you build a more grounded relationship with money.

Together, we’ll explore how money beliefs are formed, how they impact our ability to earn, receive, and grow wealth, and how to gently rewire those patterns using a blend of science-based neuroplasticity and intuitive, healing practices. This is not about hustling harder or “thinking positive,” but about creating internal safety so money can support freedom, choice, and expansion in your life.

You’ll leave with practical tools, simple reframes, and a clearer understanding of how to allow money to work with you, not against you, whether you’re building new income streams, contributing to household finances, or stewarding shared wealth.

What we’ll cover:

• How early money stories shape earning, receiving, and confidence
• The role of the nervous system in creating financial safety and growth
• Reframing beliefs that keep you stuck in survival mode
• Expanding your capacity to earn and receive money with more ease
• Creating wealth in service of freedom, expansion, and alignment

This is a supportive, grounded space for women who are ready to build a healthier, more empowered relationship with money at any stage of their financial journey.

*Dress in comfortable loose clothing - shorts, tees or tanks are good for maximum skin exposure! Cave is set at a comfortable temperature and may warm up as the session progresses due to body heat and increased energies.

Over time, some beliefs and perceptions may become outdated or no longer serve our best interests. When we can let go of perceptions or beliefs that no longer align with our true self, we open the door to new possibilities.

Releasing old perceptions allows us to make new choices, empowering us to create a more fulfilling and authentic life.

Join Patty in the Selenite Cave every Tuesday, a sacred space designed for reflection, healing, clarity and renewal, an ideal place for this guided journey.

During this guided meditation, we will have the opportunity to release limiting beliefs and perceptions. Give yourself permission and embrace the opportunity to choose again, opening the door to a brighter, more authentic future.
