Join Patty in the Selenite Cave every Tuesday, a sacred space designed for reflection, healing, clarity and renewal, an ideal place for this guided journey.

During this guided meditation, we will have the opportunity to release limiting beliefs and perceptions. Give yourself permission and embrace the opportunity to choose again, opening the door to a brighter, more authentic future.

Breathwork Journey with Josh

This journey takes us inward to uncover the magic within. Within every individual lies a profound depth, housing unique talents, and qualities that are sometimes misunderstood, mislabeled, or overlooked. By using the breath, we open the door to self-exploration, allowing us to discover our inner truth and reconnect with our true essence.

Josh Parry is a certified breathwork facilitator and uses a gentle trauma-informed approach. He has been guiding dozens of people into their truth.

These events are limited to 12 participants each to allow for comfort and enjoyment of laying directly on the sand if desired.

A few things to please be aware of:
*Please arrive 20 minutes early. Once the Salt Therapy begins there will be no entry to the cave allowed.
*No Refunds.
*No Rescheduling is allowed less than 24-hours prior to your event. This policy is due to these events often selling out well in advance. To be fair to these dedicated facilitators, please plan ahead. If you are unable to attend, you will be required to reschedule prior to 24 hours in advance, otherwise you will lose your event fee.

Stephanie leads participants through a gentle meditation experience to assist participants in getting into a relaxed and meditative state, she then bathes the participants in the healing frequencies of her sound bowl sound bath, as she incorporates various frequencies, and many times receives spirit messages from your guides and angels as they come through to assist in igniting the soul spark of attendees.

Please note that These events accommodate 10 participants each for optimum comfort and enjoyment of laying on the sand.
During this event you will also receive Halo-therapy to Boost your immune system.

*Dress in comfortable loose clothing - shorts, tees or tanks are good for maximum skin exposure! Cave is set at a comfortable temperature and may warm up as the session progresses due to body heat and increased energies.

Bringing Light to Dark Places Women’s Circle facilitated by Brooklyn Little

Hi there! I’m Brooklyn! I’m a yoga instructor, a psychic medium and an intuitive being with a deep passion for helping people and Mother Earth in all the ways I can. Come join me and other women in bringing more light into our lives! This is a space for us to heal together and create a community for each other full of unconditional love, non judgement and peace.

As we gather here, I will guide us through opportunities to get to know each other in deeper ways, share our experiences, times for journaling and self reflection and times to just be and breathe together. We will also explore a short cacao ceremony and meditation here. This is a safe space for you to just be who you are, no matter what place of healing you are in!

Bring your favorite journal, a mug if you have one, crystals, a blanket and anything else you want to bring to support you while you’re here. I look forward to meeting you and exploring this space with you! Peace and love!
