Online# 🪞WEEKLY REFLECTIONS (SUNDAY RESET)
### A 30-Minute Check-In for Sober Rebel Women Ready to Grow
Every Sunday evening, we gather for a simple but powerful 30-minute virtual check-in to close out the week and reset with intention.
This space is designed specifically for system-impacted, sober-curious, and sober-committed women who want accountability, community, and a judgment-free place to reflect and grow.
Together, we explore three essential questions designed to build emotional resilience and alignment:
### ✨ 1. Celebrate Your Wins
What were 2–3 things you accomplished, protected, or showed up for this week?
Big or small — every win deserves to be witnessed.
### ⚡ 2. Identify Obstacles
What got in the way?
What challenged you, drained you, or threw you off your routine?
This is a space for honesty, not shame.
### 🎯 3. Set Your Intentions
What 2–3 goals will you focus on in the week ahead?
We support each other in choosing goals that are realistic, nourishing, and aligned with your Sober Rebel journey.

### 🌱 Why It Matters

- Staying connected to a supportive community
- Building momentum toward your long-term vision

Support justice-involved individuals as they rebuild their lives with stability, confidence, and dignity.
Hi Rebels and community friends — I’m raising $5,000 to support the next cohort I’ll be serving in January through Voices of Recovery, while keeping funds accessible for current and continued growth opportunities, and I need your help to make it happen.
Beyond BARS Coaching is a small, trauma-informed nonprofit built from lived experience, and every dollar directly funds programs that help individuals transitioning from incarceration, rehabilitation, or group homes create lasting, meaningful change.

Q: How does Beyond BARS Coaching support folks currently incarcerated, in rehab, or in group homes?
A: I am currently reaching out to local jails, prisons, rehab facilities, and group homes in the Bay Area to offer the Beyond BARS Coaching Workbook as a valuable resource.
