In this interactive workshop, entrepreneurs will discover how AI agents can take on specific roles within a business.

AI can do much more than answer questions and generate content. In this interactive workshop, entrepreneurs will discover how AI agents can take on specific roles within a business, support recurring tasks, organize business knowledge, conduct research, and increase capacity without everything depending on the owner.

Participants will explore the difference between general AI tools, automation, and role-based AI agents; discover different ways agents can support areas such as research, marketing, sales, operations, planning, and funding; and see a live demonstration of REAL, a custom AI agent built to perform a specific business role.
Participants will then identify where an AI agent could provide meaningful support in their own business and begin mapping what that agent would need to know, do, and produce. The goal is to help entrepreneurs move beyond simply using AI and begin thinking strategically about how to put AI to work in their business.

Workshop Outcomes
Entrepreneurs often operate with limited staff while managing sales, marketing, research, customer communication, planning, administration, and day-to-day operations themselves. This workshop is designed specifically around that reality. Rather than teaching AI as a general technology topic, participants will examine their own workload and identify tasks, responsibilities, and knowledge that could be supported by an AI agent. They will see how agents can be designed around specific business roles and learn how AI can help save time, improve consistency, and increase business capacity without immediately adding another employee.

Introducing The Wright Ask, happening every first Wednesday of the month at The Wright Village.
Villagers will have six minutes to share:

• What opportunity or challenge they are currently facing
• One clear ask of the room

After each presentation, participants will receive thoughtful feedback, questions, ideas, and potential connections from fellow entrepreneurs and community members.

Brian will facilitate the conversation and follow up with each presenter to help connect them with someone who may be able to provide a resource, open a door, or potentially help close the deal.

What if you could turn an idea into a working app without writing a single line of code?

AI-powered app builders are opening new possibilities for entrepreneurs, making it easier to create digital tools without traditional development experience. But getting useful results takes more than entering a quick prompt. It requires knowing how to communicate your vision, structure your instructions, and refine what AI creates.

In this live demonstration, I'll take you behind the scenes of an application I built using Base44: the Daily Clarity Journal. We'll explore how the app works, identify opportunities to improve it, and use audience suggestions to demonstrate how AI prompting can turn ideas into real changes.

We'll also explore how entrepreneurs can apply these same principles to their businesses, from organizing operations and simplifying recurring tasks to improving customer experiences and exploring new digital products or services.

You'll learn a practical four-part prompting framework, participate in a short exercise to identify an app opportunity for your own business and draft an initial prompt, and discover how to evaluate and refine AI-generated applications. We'll also discuss important considerations such as testing, privacy, security, and platform limitations.

No coding experience or paid Base44 subscription is required to attend. You'll leave with a reusable prompting framework and resources to continue exploring your own app ideas after the workshop.
