End of Year Backyard Party
Join Us for the Ultimate End of Year Backyard Party!
On Saturday, the 13th of December, we are hosting a big party. And we aren’t doing it in some dreary, beige concrete building that will take your soul. No. We are doing it at Kivulini Eco-Park in Karen, just off Ngong Road.
The venue is nestled in a lush, eco-friendly green space. Trees everywhere, fresh air, birds doing whatever birds do.
And yes, there are monkeys roaming around. They’re curious, hairy, and will probably steal your fries. It’s brilliant.
The Plan:
We kick off the party at 5 p.m. inside a beautiful backyard garden featuring an outdoor fireplace.
Inside, there will be a DJ playing live music at considerable volume, an acoustic live band with interactive performance, and we’ll have a unique dance therapy experience that will heal your soul.
And, of course, there will be BBQ. Vast quantities of meat, grilled to perfection, accompanied by many, many drinks.

We are also launching a new chapter of our community ecosystem called “The Social Tribe.”
This is the grand unification of our entire community — The Social Book Club, The Social Tournament, and Social Friday. It sounds grand, doesn't it?
For too long, our community has been divided—readers in the Book Club, competitors in the Tournament, and revelers at Social Friday.
On this night, all community factions shall merge under one banner — The Social Tribe. It is a moment for the entire community to converge in one glorious party!
When everyone comes together, each person will be able to identify their “tribe,” creating a fun and unified way to celebrate our shared community.
That’s why we’re calling it “The Social Tribe”.
New to the community? You are more than welcome to join us and even tag along with your friends!
