You’ll also create your own DIY Abundance Charm—an intention-filled craft designed to amplify prosperity energy and serve as a personal reminder of what you’re calling in.
To integrate everything on a deeper level, the experience will close with a soothing sound bath, allowing you to relax, reset, and energetically align with the abundance you’re inviting into your life.

Each session is further enhanced by hand-selected flower essences and essential oils intuitively chosen to support emotional and energetic homeostasis.

Unwind, slow down, and reconnect in this deeply nourishing Gentle Yoga and Sound Bath experience—where gentle movement and healing sound unfold together.

In this unique session, you’ll be guided into fully supported gentle yoga postures designed to help the body release tension and the mind settle into stillness. As you rest in each pose, you’ll be immersed in a continuous sound bath, allowing soothing tones and vibrations to wash over you in real time, deepening your relaxation and enhancing the restorative effects.

The combination of supported stillness and therapeutic sound creates a powerful environment for calming the nervous system, quieting the mind, and inviting a sense of balance and renewal from within.

No prior yoga experience is needed—this practice is accessible to all levels and designed to meet you exactly where you are.

🌱 SUMMER SOLSTICE ~ Sound Fusion Journey Spa Sound Bath 🌱

Join us in honoring the energy of the Summer Solstice—a time of light, vitality, and full expression—for a deeply nourishing and heart-centered gathering.

Inspired by the essence of the Bleeding Heart flower, this experience invites you to reconnect with the true source of your own inner strength. Together, we’ll explore what it means to cultivate an independent, self-sustaining heart—one that is rooted within, yet open, resilient, and capable of giving and receiving love in balance.

As the sun reaches its peak, we’re reminded of the importance of tending to our own energy first—filling from within so that what we offer to others flows from wholeness, not depletion. Through guided reflection and a meaningful take-home ritual, you’ll be invited to reconnect with yourself, restore your inner reserves, and strengthen your capacity for self-care and self-love.

This gathering also honors the quiet, essential rhythms of the natural world—the pollinators, the plants, and the interconnected web of life that sustains us. Drawing inspiration from the harmony between flowers, bees, and hummingbirds, we’ll explore how to live in greater alignment with these rhythms—cultivating care for ourselves, each other, and the Earth.
