"The quest for mastery never ends" - Sathpal Singh
This meetup community is focused on how the world of work is evolving. It covers a broad range of areas from modern leadership approaches, team dynamics and organisational design to ways of working, collaborative models, agile practices and how we communicate. <br>
We wish to encourage thought-provoking discussions, being open minded and proactive learning. We love to share knowledge and make new bodies of work accessible to audiences far and wide. We celebrate contribution and participation.
We believe deeply in collaborative thinking, co-creation, the power of visualisation, ethical leadership, diversity and inclusion.
Everyone is welcome - a note to us all of our adherence to a code of conduct for all events.

See all- What to do when there’s no Strategy in place - Randy SilverLink visible for attendees
The Future of Work Scotland team are delighted to welcome Randy Silver, founder and co-host of the excellent Product Experience podcast.
In this session Randy will explore the scenario when there's no strategy.
We've all been there, right? Your organisation has big dreams, and everyone thinks there's a plan. But sometimes, that plan... well, it's just not there. There's a huge difference between having a goal and knowing how to get there. Without that "how," teams struggle, and it's tough to really make things happen.Learning Objectives - what you'll take away from this session:
- What a real strategy looks like (the key pieces!).
- What leaders should be doing to make it happen.
- And, most importantly, how you can succeed, even if you're not in the C-suite and need to fill in those strategy gaps. We'll give you practical tools that you can start using right away.
- Applying Cynefin to AI Prioritisation requests.
