Whether you are an artist looking to collaborate with fellow creatives, interested in attending book study sessions and learning new languages, or simply want to connect with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, this is the place for you. A Pride Week Offering — Toward Inner LiberationPride is more than a celebration — it's also a return to self. In this 90-minute guided workshop, we explore what lies beneath performance and perception. Through collage-making, intuitive movement, and shared reflection, we’ll enter the theta state: a fertile space of deep imagination, memory, and intuitive truth.
This is a creative, mindful workshop to get in touch with your intuition — a gentle and grounding session to awaken inner clarity and expand your creative mind. You'll be guided through practices that support deep listening, self-expression, and embodied presence.

About the instructor _Can Bora (bio)
: Can Bora is a somatic activist, certified instructor, and multimedia performance artist based in Amsterdam. With over 18 years of experience in training yoga teachers and guiding embodied practices, his work weaves together movement, awareness, and creative expression.
Rooted in the belief that the body holds deep knowledge, Can’s artistic practice explores themes of embodiment, identity, and transformation through performance, video, and somatic research.
He is the founder of HEALIVE., a body-based wellbeing platform offering workshops, teacher trainings, somatic movement sessions, meditations, and performances. Operating at the intersection of art, healing, and community, HEALIVE. creates inclusive spaces for reconnection, rest, and renewal.

We've just completed the first 12-week journey with The Artist's Way. As we enter the second quarter of this edition, we will also incorporate Vein of Gold. You can choose to follow either book for this journey.
"THE ARTIST'S WAY" 12-WEEK READING JOURNEY (3Q. 2025)
Join us for a transformative 12-week journey through The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron, designed to help you rediscover your creativity and unlock your artistic potential. This program is open to individuals eager to explore their creative sides, overcome blocks, and nurture personal growth through reading, reflection, and community discussions.
Each week, participants will read a set portion of the book on their own (check-in online) and then gather once a week (offline) to share insights, discuss creative breakthroughs, and support one another on this meaningful journey.Workshop Details:
- Weekly meetings: gather once a week offline (every Tuesday)
- *Please RSVP at the first time via the link below, and/or at SDK
- Meeting times: Every Tuesday, 6:00–7:30 pm
- Program duration: 12 weeks, April to June

Anyone eager to embark on a 12-week creative recovery journey through The Artist's Way. Prior experience with similar workshops or specific skill is not required. This program is free now (January) for the people RSVP ahead, although I recommend you to have/rent the book ahead.
