Buying Your First Commercial Property Without Making Expensive Mistakes
Thinking about buying your first commercial property but not sure where to start? The opportunities can be incredible, but so can the mistakes. One bad purchase, an overlooked lease clause, or a misunderstood expense can cost tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Join us for the August SWFL REIA General Meeting as experienced commercial real estate professionals Max Molloy and Alex Henderson of LSI Companies break down what every first time commercial investor needs to know before writing an offer.
You’ll learn how to evaluate commercial opportunities, understand different property types, analyze leases and income, avoid common due diligence pitfalls, and recognize the red flags that separate great investments from expensive lessons.
Whether your goal is to own an office building, retail center, industrial property, mixed use investment, or simply expand beyond residential real estate, this presentation will give you a practical roadmap to help you buy with confidence.
If commercial real estate has been on your radar, this is the meeting you don’t want to miss.
