👋🏼 Thanks for checking out Sunny Sage Yoga! I'm Selina, an RYT-200 Yoga Instructor trained in Brooklyn, New York, and I'm excited to share this fusion of yoga, astrology, and the chakras in a unique yoga flow!
Get ready for a one-of-a-kind grounding yoga flow that emphasizes movements connected to our root chakra, and the three earth signs in astrology: Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn!
The word "chakra" is Sanskrit for wheel, and it refers to specific energy centers at particular points within the body. The chakras are positioned vertically from the base of the spine all the way to the crown of the head at specific points from root to crown.
The Root Chakra
In this class, we'll explore poses that support our root chakra. The
root chakra relates to our survival instinct and inner security; the right to be here and to have. In connection to the earth signs in astrology, I'll also be talking about what the energy of these signs represents when it comes to their earth element.
Yoga Levels
The class is beginner and intermediate level friendly. Yoga mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own yoga mat and props of your choice. The studio has a space to change your clothes if you need to, but to save time, feel free to come ready in your yoga attire!

**Class price: 20,000 KRW. You can pay upon arrival, or if you'd like to pay in advance via bank account transfer, please direct message me for my account details.
If you RSVP "Attend" but cannot come to the event, please update your RSVP to "Not Going" at least 24 hours in advance. This will create space for others to attend who may be on the Waitlist. Thank you for your consideration!
⌚ Please arrive early.
Please arrive to the yoga studio at least 10-15 minutes early in order to set up your mat, change your clothes (if needed), and get comfortable. The event will start on time, and I may not be available to assist or respond to late arrivals.
Refund Policy
If you pay in advance, but need to cancel, in order to receive a full refund, please cancel at least 24 hours before the event and send me a message on Meetup. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund. No-shows will not receive a refund. Please message me to discuss any refunds.

Participation in this class is completely voluntary and at the discretion of the participant. Consider your body's physical state and condition prior to participating in the event. The organizer is not a medical professional and recommends that any physical health conditions(current or pre-existing) be discussed with a medical professional.
