Spring City Women’s Circle is a welcoming community for women 40+ seeking meaningful connection, thoughtful conversation, personal growth, and a little more space to explore what matters to them.

Midlife can bring a lot with it. Our priorities shift. Our relationships evolve.

We become more curious about what we want, what we value, what we're ready to let go of, and how we want to spend our time and energy.

But this isn't a group about constantly trying to improve yourself or figure out your entire life.
It's simply a place to connect with other thoughtful women, explore ideas and experiences together, and perhaps learn something about yourself along the way.

We're readers, professionals, creatives, nature lovers, lifelong learners, deep thinkers, and women who appreciate conversations that occasionally venture beyond small talk.

🌿 What We Do

Our gatherings are designed to give us opportunities to explore, experience, learn, reflect, or grow together.

You might find us at:

• Personal growth and self-leadership workshops
• Book clubs and guided book journeys
• Thoughtful fiction and nonfiction discussions
• Reflection and conversation circles
• Intentional dinners and guided conversation gatherings
• Journaling and creative gatherings
• Wellness and mindfulness experiences
• Nature walks with a reflective theme
• Guest speakers and skill-sharing events
• Seasonal gatherings and special experiences
• Online workshops and conversations
• Occasional retreats and deeper-dive experiences

Some gatherings may be light and creative. Others may invite deeper conversation or reflection.

There's no requirement to share more than you're comfortable sharing, and you certainly don't need to arrive with anything figured out.

🤝 Building the Circle Together

Spring City Women’s Circle isn't meant to be created by just one person.

Our Event Organizers are invited to bring their own interests, ideas, and experiences to the community.

You might host a book discussion. Lead a creative gathering. Organize a nature walk with a reflective theme. Share a skill or wellness practice. Facilitate a conversation around something you're passionate about.

You do not need to be a coach or expert to contribute.

Our simple guideline is:

Does this gathering give women something to explore, experience, learn, reflect on, or grow through together?

If the answer is yes, it probably belongs here.

📍 Where We Gather

We're rooted in Waukesha County, inspired by Waukesha's history as the Spring City, and we occasionally gather and adventure beyond the area.

Some experiences may also be offered online, giving us another way to connect when gathering in person isn't practical.

🤍 A Welcoming Space
Spring City Women’s Circle is for women 40 and beyond, regardless of relationship status or where you happen to be in life.

We're a judgment-free, alcohol-optional community. Some gatherings may include cocktails or wine, and some won't. What's in your glass isn't important. The connection is.

Please include a clear, natural photo of yourself when requesting to join. We do not approve requests using animal photos, stock images, or no profile photo.

And when you RSVP Yes, please treat it like plans you've made with a friend. If something changes, simply update your RSVP as soon as possible so our Event Organizers can plan accordingly.

🪷 Membership
Beginning January 1, 2027, annual membership is $10.

Membership dues help support the costs of maintaining and administering our community and creating a thoughtful, welcoming space for women to connect throughout the year.

Some special workshops, retreats, ticketed events, materials, or other experiences may have an additional cost. Those details will always be clearly included in the individual event listing.

Meetup remains our official home for events and RSVPs, so please RSVP here whenever you plan to attend.

🥂 Looking for something purely social?

Our sister community, Waukesha Women Social Club, is open to women of all ages and is all about getting out, meeting people, making friends, and having fun together.

Think dinners, brunches, movies, concerts, festivals, theater, activities, local adventures, girls' nights, and whatever else sounds fun.
You're absolutely welcome to belong to both communities.
