The Space Coast Adventurer's Guild is an inclusive community organization that seeks to unite people along the Space Coast of Florida to play, learn and find groups for D&D and all TTTPGs!

The Guild also aims to build up and connect our geek community here in Brevard. Whether it's through games, community gatherings, giving back to our community or just by making some new friends!

Rules:
1.) Don't be a jerk.

  • Don’t be a jerk, call people names, bully, use slurs (racial, ethnic, sexual, gender identity, sexual orientation, people with physical or mental disabilities, neurodivergent or any other type). We do not tolerate intolerance here.

2.) Report to us- don't fight.

  • PLEASE report content which violates our rules, and don't fight with jerks! Someone being a jerk first is not a free pass. You can PM us if needed.

3.) Promotion of Inclusivity in TTPRGs.

  • You are welcome here regardless of race, color, religion, sex, gender, orientation, disability, identity, age, or anything else. Dismissal of the need for inclusivity is not appropriate conduct.

4.) Zero Tolerance Topics

  • Discrimination or slurs, including calling trans folks "traps", rape jokes, doxxing or digging into people's profiles, blocking mods or admins. Violators will be banned without question.

5.) IRL religion & politics have no place here.

6.) Posts

  • Make sure your events and posts are appropriate and relevant! You may post looking for group posts at any time, or go to our other social media sites (Discord, the FB group) to cross-post.

Feel free to suggest community gathering ideas, or fill out our group feedback survey to suggest any systems you would like to see as events.

This is a West Marches game:
West March campaigns are “drop in” campaigns. Every session is a one shot that is very loosely connecting to one another (like being members of a monster hunter’s guild and sent out to slay X monster for one session and Y monster on another session). It’s meant for people who can play D&D every so often rather than guarantee to be able to stick to a set schedule. People can come and go as needed, but you will need to RSVP for any/all games you wish to play in separately.

**This is the perfect game for people unable to commit to a regular scheduled game, perfect for first time players, and perfect for people looking for a random session. If a character dies, the replacement character will be created at level 1 (there is an exception). Not all areas will be balanced, so be prepared for PC deaths! I also ask that min-maxing, joke and one-note characters be reserved for home games, as this will be a large community experience, and the more serious the players treat it, the more enjoyable it will be for everyone!**

2 seats in every guild one-shot are reserved for the monthly supporter lottery. You may see players in a game's attendee list before guild-wide RSVPs open.

Please scroll all the way down for any and all information, including age restrictions, what kind of experience is needed (if any), what to bring, content warnings, and more!

    PRICING

    • It is $10/per player to play this game at Groundswell Startups.
    • It is $8/per player if you are a paid monthly supporter of the Guild (via our Ko-Fi or Patreon).

    ABOUT THE ADVENTURE
Chult, a perilous jungle peninsula known for dinosaurs, monstrous beasts, and ancient ruins, is not a typical tourist destination but a place of legendary wealth and adventure for the brave. Visitors primarily arrive at Port Nyanzaru to hire guides and purchase supplies for expeditions into the dense, humid jungle, seeking legendary riches while facing constant threats of disease, exotic wildlife, and treacherous terrain. While the primary allure is adventuring and treasure hunting, the region also draws those interested in ancient lore, wild nature, and the rich history of this remote corner of Faerûn. The SCAG Chult Exploration Society is always looking for brave souls to step up and run missions for the Guild, do you dare step up and volunteer?

    SAFETY TOOLS USED
Sometimes games have content or situations where a player or GM may feel stressed out, unsafe, or otherwise not having fun. Safety tools are a way for players and GMs to communicate and check-in before, during, and after a game in order to make sure everyone is still having fun, and to provide the right support when needed.

    ABOUT THE ADVENTURE
You are potential recruits for the Mirror Smoke Mercenary Company, eager to prove your worth (and hopefully earn some sweet enlistment bonuses in the process). As a particularly promising group, you're given the opportunity to do your entrance tests on the new ViCTR virtual combat system as a way to show off your skills and experience! Sure, it's still a prototype, but the tech teams assure you they've got the bugs worked out.

    ABOUT THE SYSTEM
Lancer imagines a future where a survivor humanity has spread to the stars after weathering terrible ecological collapse on Earth - the end of the Anthropocene as a consequence of unrestrained consumption and poor stewardship. Thousands of years later, humanity lives in the wake of a desperate revolution, one where the victorious radicals now manage the galaxy they've won.

The setting features a mix of gritty, mud-and-lasers military science fiction and mythic science fantasy, where conscript pilots mix ranks with flying aces, mercenary guns-for-hire brawl with secretive corpro-state agents, and relativistic paladins cross thermal lances with causality-breaking, unknowable beings. Lancer's galaxy is one where utopia exists, but is under threat, and the struggle is not yet entirely won; the revolution is not yet done.

In Lancer, players adopt the roles of mechanized chassis pilots - mech pilots - comrades together in a galaxy of danger and hope. Some groups will fight to rectify the crimes of previous administrations; others will fight for their nation, pieces in a greater game of hegemony. Others will carry the banner of a corpro-state or mercenary company, working to advance private interests while lining their pockets. Others still will fight for groups acting in opposition to those in power - for the underground, for the forgotten, agents of entropy and agents of yet more radical revolutions.

Lancer offers deep, modular mech customization, a wide range of player backgrounds and hooks to prompt storytelling, and a system and setting with room for any narrative you and your group want to tell. It’s best with a group of 3-5 players, and can be used to run a one-shot session or persistent campaign.

    ABOUT THE ADVENTURE
The archeological team assigned to Delios initially reported that there were no survivors in the ruins of the colony, but recently made a shocking breakthrough when they discovered a large number of people preserved in cryo-stasis in ancient tunnels deep beneath the old colony site. Shortly after that report, their signal also went completely dark, and their fate is unknown. With any luck, they’re still alive.

You are a squad of lancers aboard the Union naval ship Godavari, tasked with finding (and, hopefully, rescuing) a missing USB team.
