​Welcome to the Silent Book Club chapter in Torrance, CA! Whether you're an avid reader or just looking to make some new bookish friends, this group and event is open to all. There is no assigned reading and you bring your own book! We read silently with time frames to socialize. All readers are welcome!Meetup Details
​If you're not sure what to do for Halloween, grab a book and join us in your Halloween costume this Friday 10/30 from 3 - 5 PM!​No registration required! Don't forget your blanket or chair to sit on! We'll chit-chat and check out our Halloween costumes for the first 30 minutes, followed by an hour of silent reading. We then chit-chat for the rest of the meetup!
​We will be seated on the grass by the Bench of Tranquility at the intersection of El Prado Ave and Arlington Ave at El Prado Park.
