Welcome to the NEW South Jersey Dining, Drinks, and Events Meetup Group!
This group is primarily for those in their late 30s to 50 years old who live in South Jersey area. Expect a casual atmosphere while meeting new people around a meal, drinks, happy hour (including impromptu last minute!), BBQs, breweries & wineries, or special events & festivals in the South Jersey (and sometimes over the bridge into Philly) area. Enjoy great conversation and other fun experiences. Most of our events will be in the Camden & Burlington County area.

Since we are brand new, we are actively developing a calendar or fun food & drink events as well as getting others that want to help organize meetups for our community. If you want to help, please msg the organizer!

We do ask you to have a profile photo to join the group so we know who we are meeting at meetups. We also ask you to answer a few optional questions when you join to help us plan better outings.

Most outings are pay your own way, but if some special events come up, we may collect money in advance for tickets. It is very important you keep your RSVP up to date so others can join if you cannot. We encourage people to be nice, friendly, and connect with others. Posting about sensitive topics is not allowed to make sure we create a positive environment for all members.

Based on popular request, join us for our first group BRUNCH! We are kicking things off at Cafe Lift in Haddonfield. The food & coffee is fantastic, is BYOB (if you would a mimosa, Bronxville your sparking wine / champagne!), and if the weather is good they are going to try to have our table outside.
The reservation is for 11:30am for 12 people. Since the EAGLES play at 1pm, we also have another "Sunday Funday E.A.G.L.E.S game-watch party at Kings Road Brewery right after brunch across the street. You can see their amazing food on Instagram and Google.The reservation is currently for 12 and since the restaurant allowed me to make a reservation in advance, to avoid no-shows and be considered "going" for this MeetUp, you must pay a $10 per person deposit (via venmo or paypal, see below) which will cover the first $10 of your meal. The deposit is refundable up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled MeetUp OR if someone takes your spot if you cannot make it. If you do not attend, your deposit will go to the server as an additional tip and not kept by me. I will assume you are not actually coming if you do not pay the deposit within 24 hours of RSVP'ing regardless of what you put for your RSVP status, and I will then move you to "Not Going" or to "Waitlist" until the deposit is paid.
Payments can be sent via venmo or PayPall to @DennisGaudenzi. Please send as "personal" NOT goods & services! I get charged 3% if so...
I welcome all feedback on the RSVP process as if there is an easier way, I'm all for it!
If you have friends or coworkers that would like to attend with you, that's perfectly fine just send them the meet up link to have them directly RSVP.

Come out and meet new people, socialize, and have fun in a low-pressure fun atmosphere while watching some Sunday football. The game starts at 1 PM, we will have a couple of tables reserved. I already spoke to Kings Road and they are going to take care of that for us in advance. Many of us will be coming from across the street from brunch, I expect to be there no later than 12:45. ** Haddonfield has free easy street parking on Sundays and there's also a lot behind café lift.** Cash bar, pay as you go. If you would like to eat, there are multiple restaurants close by that will either deliver or you can pick up from and bring back to Kings Road. Kings Road, as well as all other breweries in New Jersey do not serve food.
