Welcome to Sound Baths & Wellness in Northern Virginia! 🌿🎶
This group is for anyone seeking moments of deep relaxation, inner harmony, and mindful movement. I’m Paloma, a certified sound facilitator, yoga instructor, and personal trainer based in Oakton and Vienna, VA. I created this space to share nourishing practices that support both inner stillness and physical strength.
🌙 Main Offerings Include:
✨ Sound Baths / Soundscapes – Immersive sound meditations using crystal singing alchemy bowls, ocean drum, chimes, and other soothing instruments to calm the nervous system and invite self-healing.
🌀 Yoga Classes – Including Slow Flow, Core Yoga, and Sculpt & Yoga, all designed to build strength, improve mobility, enhance balance, and connect breath with mindful movement.
💪 Private Personal Training – Focused on women ages 30 and up, these one-on-one sessions are tailored to your unique body and goals, offering a supportive, holistic approach to strength and wellness.
Whether you're new to sound meditation or a seasoned wellness lover, you're welcome here. Events are intimate and thoughtfully curated to help you reconnect with yourself, unwind, and grow stronger—inside and out.
I’m hoping to connect with like-minded individuals who want to improve their well-being through sound sessions, yoga, and fitness, and who value building mindful connections and community along the way.
