### Attendance & Behavior Guidelines
To keep our community strong, we ask members to be mindful of two key things: attendance and conduct.
Attendance
Your RSVP matters. If you commit to an event, please arrive on time or update your RSVP if your plans change. Reliable attendance helps us plan and builds stronger connections.
If you No-Show to a non-prepaid event (meaning you don’t show up and don’t update your RSVP), it will be noted. Three No-Shows will result in a 3-month pause from attending events. We understand life happens—being late is okay, but uncommunicated absences are not.
Behavior
We value kindness, respect, and inclusivity. Please treat fellow members, hosts, and venues with courtesy. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior won’t be tolerated.
Additional Notes
- Prepaid events follow the cancellation terms in their event listing.
- Starting in 2025, a $1 “slush fund” donation is requested per attended event to support club expenses and future offerings.
- Please add events to your calendar when you RSVP to avoid accidental No-Shows.
Questions? Reach out to me directly anytime.
Thank you—and cheers to great wine, great company, and great times ahead!

Corks Squared!
K Squared Cellars, 7975 Cameron Drive,, Windsor, CA, USWine Cork Art
SAVE YOUR CORKS LADIES!
We are hosting a special event in March, on Saturday the 21st at our old favorite, K Squared Cellars. Local artist Tara Dickinson will be leading us as a group through creating a cork board masterpiece.
Event fee ($45) includes artist instruction and your personal cork art piece, invite your friends to join us! Please bring all those corks you have saved and don't quite know what to do with. If you don't have any, that's fine too. Let us know in the comments section so we can bring extra.
Vino is made available by K Squared for a separate fee (by the flight or glass). The owner, Andrew, will be on hand to serve wine and entertainment.
About the Cellars: After spending his first 9 years in the wine industry at Charles Krug Winery in St. Helena, Andrew Moore developed a passion for crafting small lot, premium wines. In 2010, with a "the wine glass is half full" type of attitude, Andrew's plans for owning his own winery began with a single barrel of Russian River Pinot Noir produced at home.
In 2015 K Squared Cellars acquired winery and tasting room space. That single barrel of Pinot Noir and a dream of having their own family winery was realized!
About the Artist: Tara Dickinson is our artist and instructor. She has a background in fine arts and years of teaching expressive art labs to all ages. She enjoys sharing tools to help everyone feel comfortable in the creative process while learning new techniques. She moved to Santa Rosa in late 2021 after growing up mostly in FL and is loving the California lifestyle.
Wear your artsy clothing, bring your thirst, and corks for this 2-3 hour event.
