In person at March Farm in Bethlehem CT or Tuesday evenings virtually
Experience a blend of evidenced based methods for stress reduction, improved integration of mind, body, and spirit.
Weekly:
- virtual guided meditations based in nature (modalities: MBSR, IFS, polyvagal theory)
- journal prompts to increase neurobiological change
- wisdom readings and media
- in person group Saturday’s at March Farm 8:30-9:30am to process change and complete a group meditation.
- virtual group Tuesday evenings 6-7pm
