About us
Making friends as an adult is harder than anyone admits. That is why Solo Sisters Hudson Valley exists. This is a women-only group focused on real connection, friendship, and actually spending time together.
We host a variety of activities, from coffee meetups and walks to yoga, book discussions, dining out, and movies. Members are encouraged to suggest or host events. The group thrives because people participate and create shared experiences.
Solo Sisters Hudson Valley is open to women of any age and relationship status. It is not a dating group. The focus here is on friendship and community. Members must be 21 or older, as many events take place in adult settings.
This is a respectful space. Members are expected to treat one another with the same courtesy and consideration they want for themselves.
If you are new to the area or simply looking to expand your circle, you are in the right place.
You do not have to do things alone and welcome. We are glad you are here. :)
Please take a moment to review the Group Rules and Guidelines to help keep SSHV welcoming, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone.
