### Meet & Greet: Sober & Social Ann Arbor

Come join us for The Best Part of Alcohol-Free Living community!

This is a relaxed and casual Meet & Greet—no agenda, just a chance to connect with like-minded people who are exploring (or committed to) life without alcohol. The purpose of these gatherings is to put faces with names and build connection before venturing into higher-commitment activities.

You’ll see a Meet & Greet on the calendar nearly every week. They’re intended to welcome new members, and as the community grows and members get to know each other, we’ll plan more events together.
Please feel free to drop in, stay as long or as little as you’d like. I’ll always be there for the full length of the Meet & Greet and look forward to meeting you!

📚 Optional: Bring along any books that have supported your alcohol-free journey, like This Naked Mind or Quit Like a Woman. We may chat about the idea of starting a book club.

All genders are welcome. There’s no pressure to share your story with alcohol—just come as you are. I can’t promise there won’t be a cringy icebreaker or two, but I can promise a kind, inclusive, and judgment-free space.

🚫 Just to be clear: no alcohol is allowed at our events. (I know, I shouldn’t have to say that!)

💬 Note: York has a large wine room with seating, as well as a bar. If that space feels triggering or uncomfortable, please message me directly—we’ll figure something out together.

All genders are welcome. There’s no need to share your story unless you’d like to—just come as you are and talk about your hobbies, dreams, nerdy ideas, and career aspirations :)
