Herb Class ~ Learn to Ferment Everything & Get Your Own SCOBY!

Join us for a hands-on, engaging class where you’ll learn how to create nourishing, delicious foods completely from scratch.

We’ll begin by learning how to make kombucha, exploring both the process and its benefits. While kombucha is widely known for supporting gut health and immunity, it also contains powerful antioxidants that may aid in detoxification and overall wellness.

You’ll also learn how to make kefir and explore its many health benefits, create sourdough from scratch, and prepare wholesome, delicious foods using traditional methods. This class is full of practical knowledge, creativity, and inspiration.

Each participant will receive a complete manual and a SCOBY to take home. Refreshments will be provided during class. Expect a fun, information-packed learning experience with plenty of tips on using wonderful herbs in everyday life.
