Seattle Slow Runs

We will meet by the seward park audobon center, and will start around 8:15 and go clockwise around the park, plan to meet after around 9 am at The Stonehouse Cafe, Rainier Avenue South, Seattle, WA - for some amazing biscuits!

run, walk, jog as long as it’s slow AF. We will meet by the gasworks bathrooms, and will start around 8:15 and go towards UW medical center and back to gasworks (Roughly 3 miles), plan to meet after around 9 am at old salt fish and bagel in fremont at 3621 Stone Way N, Seattle, WA 98103

run, jog, walk around from Golden Gardens to the Ballard Farmer’s Market along the Burke Gilman Trail (~2.8 miles) - as long as it’s slow AF! We will meet at the Golden Gardens Playgroundound at 8, will start running around 8:15 and plan to grab food/drink at the farmer’s market around 9 am. If you’re feeling spunky run, jog, walk back after that (or find an electricic scooter/bike/uber - we won’t judge you) - cheers!
