At the heart of Seacoast Living Well is community. Everything we do is designed to support overall wellness with a strong emphasis on connection and friendship — creating welcoming, low-pressure ways for people to spend time together and get to know one another.
Dining out is a central part of our community. Many of our gatherings revolve around shared meals, because food brings people together in a simple, meaningful way.
Alongside meals, we also host yoga, gentle movement, walking meditations, salt cave visits, shows, and other fun, feel-good experiences that support well-being and bring people together in different ways.

FUN! Food, Drinks & $Music Bingo! ( Salisbury Beach)
The Dolphin, 28 Ocean Front S, Salisbury, MA, USJOIN THE FUN!!! Let's switch things up!
I'm posting this again and hopefully there is interest! We will meet up before the game with what should be enough time to order food, drinks and talk. This venue is CASH ONLY. We need the time to finish up before the game starts.****To play Music Bingo you purchase a "pack" of 6 games for $10 (CASH ONLY). For each of the "6" rounds the DJ calls the type/style of "bingo" you need to win the game. If you win a round, you will receive cash on the spot. The sizable "purse" at the end, is usually a cover-all. The amount depends on the total of card-packs sold that evening and possibly any carried over from a previous game that didn't have a winner. The DJ is very good about describing how each round will be played and moves the game along very well. It's over by, or just after 8:30PM
*LOCATION/PARKING: The Dolphin is a VERY retro (think the early 70s!!!) laid back beach bar with very good food!!! They specialize in Mediterranean, but also have just about everything on their very reasonably priced menu. https://www.facebook.com/100083203095045/about/
The Dolphin has their own lot directly behind with a back door to enter if you park there. There is also public parking across facing the water. If all full there's also some on-street. If that's full there are municipal lots, a short walking distance * I believe it's all free, unless designated off season* MUSIC BINGO starts right at 6:30 and ends at - or just after 8:30. It costs $10 (cash) to play ( being there earlier secures a table with plenty of time to oder food etc) Please, if you are joining us, to be fair to the wait staff you need to purchase a beverage ( mock tails, non alcoholic ok) and /OR food. Please do not bring in any food or drink. Thanks for your cooperation & understanding!

Seating is limited - so group members only, pls* WHERE TO MEET UP: If there is enough interest I will call them for a reserved table. Otherwise I will get there probably just before 5:15 to secure a table. Once I get one I will add the location/table to the comments on the event page.

Logan's Run, 816 Lafayette Rd., Hampton, NH, US*PLEASE NOTE: The event is Weather Permitting. Logan's is a very laid back and usually very busy venue. Each table only accommodates a maximum of "6" ( it can be tight). Please do not add your rsvp unless you intend on being there. Thanks for your understanding & cooperation! : - )
Come out to join us and play MUSIC BINGO!!! It's Tex Mex Tuesday at Logan's with specials on all-day $7.99 for 2-3 choices of TACOS,$5 MARGARITAS, and $3 CORONAS ( from 6:00pm) ! * MUSIC BINGO starts at 6:30 ( meet up time is earlier - order food, drink, & chat ) and is FREE to play. It ends at approximately 8:15/30. Logan's has a new DJ (Dave) we all like! You may win prizes ( $15 gift cards that can be used same night along with other prizes) . Please do not bring in any food from home/outside. If you are joining us you must purchase a beverage ( mocktails, non alcoholic ok of course!) and /OR food to be fair to the venue and wait staff. Sorry, but water doesn't count unless it costs $. * WHERE TO MEET UP: We will be on the SPORT BAR SIDE of the restaurant. This venue usually gets very crowded ( because it's so good!) and they do NOT take any reservations. I will get there earlier ( probably 5:15 ish) than the time posted to secure a table. I will then add the location to the comments on the event page.
PARKING: Logan's has it's own lot usually with plenty of parking. Please keep in mind that during the warmer months they share the lot with the next door mini golf. But people come and go so there shouldn't be a problem finding a spot
***THE WEATHER: If the seacoast weather is questionable, please stay in the loop in the event of any updates or possible cancellation.
