What season of life are you in right now—and what are you ready to grow next?

Come Into the Garden is an intimate women’s retreat experience created for women who need space to slow down, reconnect with themselves, release what has been consuming their energy, and intentionally decide what they want to cultivate in their next season.

On Saturday, October 10, we’ll gather in Fairfield, Ohio for an afternoon of reflection, movement, nourishment, connection and sisterhood.

Together, we’ll move through the ROOT • WEED • PLANT • TEND experience:

🌱 ROOT — See where you are.
Take an honest look at your current season and what needs your attention.

🌿 WEED — Make space.
Identify what no longer deserves your time, energy or continued investment.

🌱 PLANT — Choose what you want to grow.
Get intentional about what you want to cultivate in your life moving forward.

🪴 TEND — Commit to caring for it.
Create a practical plan for how you’ll nurture what you’ve chosen after the retreat ends.

But we are not sitting around writing and talking all afternoon. 😂

The experience will weave together guided reflection, somatic movement, Reiki, sound, meditation, herbal wellness, a shared meal, meaningful conversation, rest and sisterhood, ending with a sunset experience around the fire.

You’ll also receive your own printed Come Into the Garden Retreat Guide, a take-home wellness gift, and 30 complimentary days inside The Sacred Garden to support you as you continue tending what you planted.

You’ll leave knowing:
