What we’re about

Who says it isn’t an exciting time to be a developer?

It looks like an opportune time to get in on systems development for RISC V architecture. There is increasing developer support, RISC V laptops are on the market, and people are looking for alternatives.

This group is meant for discussion of topics on and around RISC V development, whether you are experienced or looking to get started: low-level optimizations and high-level coding; emerging technologies; the marketplace; etc.

This group will meet every other week.

This - the first meeting - will be an open forum for discussion. Depending on the interests of the group, future meetings may focus more on individual topics. We will meet at Broadsides in Wake Forest. If there is a lot of interest, I may change to a larger venue.

Here’s to the future of RISC V. I hope to see you there!
