As the owner of Home Couture Designs, Denisha Salliey assists investors with layout, design and creating plans to obtain permits for their renovation projects. She collaborates with investors to create 3D renderings, then stage their properties to get them sold expeditiously. Today Denisha will take you into the trenches of her current BRRRR project.
