What we’re about

The purpose of this group is to provide an opportunity for people who are serious about pursuing a life by design through real estate investing instead of living life by default. Join our community and learn how to invest in real estate with little to none of your own money!

We are a community of beginner, intermediate, and full-time real estate investors that meet several times a week to network and do deals. We leverage each other's capital, time, resources, and experience to get more deals done. We have people in our community that have done hundreds of deals all the way down to people that have never invested in real estate before.

Members of our community invest in fix and flips, short mid- and long-term rentals, short sales, foreclosures, private notes, wholesaling, multi-family, commercial, tax liens/deeds, subject-to, lease options, contract for deed, and more. We also provide pathways to training on the fundamentals of Mindset, Credit Repair, Raising Business Capital, and Business Systems.

Come meet our community of investors and learn how we are doing deals locally and in multiple states throughout the USA. You will have an opportunity to join our twice weekly masterminds where team members describe their actual deals.  Surrounding yourself with and being mentored by people that are doing deals is a great way to get started.

If you want to learn how to invest in real estate and/or take your business to the next level this is the place to be!  You can join us as a guest at any Monday and/or Thursday afternoon weekly event.
