See all- Embodied Consent: How to Cultivate Authentic RelationshipsLink visible for attendees
Are you craving relationships that feel safe, honest, and deeply connected?
Many of us have been taught to say “yes” to avoid discomfort—or to ignore our body’s “no” in order to please others. But what if consent wasn’t just about avoiding harm… what if it was the foundation for creating relationships full of clarity, care, and mutual respect?
This free workshop is for you if:
🌿 You're a "people-pleaser" learning to honour your boundaries
🌿 You're in a partnership and want to deepen intimacy through clearer communication
🌿 You're navigating non-traditional relationships or want tools for more conscious connection
🌿 You're healing from past experiences where your voice or choice wasn’t honoured
🌿 You simply want to show up more fully and authentically in all your relationships—romantic, professional, or otherwiseEmbodied Consent is a practical, body-based, relational framework for communication, boundaries, and co-creating connection that actually feels good. It helps you listen to your body, communicate your truth, and stop abandoning yourself in the name of harmony.
In this workshop, you’ll learn to:
🔹 Recognize your body’s natural signals of Yes, No, and Maybe
🔹 Communicate wants, limits, and needs without guilt or confusion
🔹 Explore the Wheel of Consent—a powerful framework for navigating the exchange of giving and receiving
🔹 Create clear relational agreements that support both autonomy and intimacyExpect a mix of visual explanations, guided exercises, and gentle partner practices—all offered in a trauma-informed, consent-based space. You’ll walk away with language, tools, and somatic awareness you can apply immediately.

Come as you are—with camera on, tea in hand, messy or radiant. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to show up.
Let’s gather in truth, in presence, and in support of what’s ready to unfold.
- Psychedelic Spotlight: Demystifying the "God Molecule"Needs location
Perhaps you’ve heard the name whispered with reverence—The God Molecule.... aka: Bufo, Jaguar Medicine or the Lightwand.
All these names refer to the same molecule, but with vastly different styles of facilitation, dosing and thus experience.5-MeO-DMT, the molecular name, is a powerful medicine said to dissolve the ego, obliterate separation into profound feelings of Oneness, and reveal the raw fabric of consciousness itself.
But here’s the truth most won’t tell you: how you engage with 5-MeO-DMT makes all the difference.
It can be overwhelming and fleeting—or it can be deeply healing. It can leave you fragmented and confused—or help you remember who you are.
In this live session, we’ll explore how to work with 5-MeO-DMT in a way that centers self-trust, safety, and somatic intelligence, helping you discern what’s right for you—before, during, and after the experience.
Join Kiki Grace—Somatic Integration Coach, Psychedelic Guide, and Founder of Soma Healing—for a grounded, eye-opening deep dive into one of the most potent and misunderstood medicines in the psychedelic world.
In this Psychedelic Spotlight, you'll learn:
🌿 5-MeO vs. Bufo – What’s the difference, and why is it crucial to understand before choosing a facilitator?
🌀 What to Expect at Each Dose – How low, moderate, and high doses of 5-MeO impact your system—and why Kiki’s tapered dosing model offers a more trauma-informed and empowering path
🛡️ Red Flags to Watch For – Questions to ask before working with any practitioner, and how to discern safe, ethical guidance
🧠 Integration Essentials – What true integration looks like after a subtle or profound experience, and how your body holds the wisdom long after the peak is over
🗣️ Q&A – Bring your questions, hesitations, or insights. This space is meant to be interactive and honoring all levels of curiosity and psychedelic knowledge.
✨ You’ll also hear how Kiki guides clients through low-dose sessions and 1:1 integration coaching containers for those ready to explore this medicine in a deeply attuned way.

This session is ideal whether you're psychedelic-curious, a seasoned psychonaut, or a practitioner wanting to better understand this medicine.
