Connect with Product people on September 30 at 7:00 PM at Tribe Social Club!
About the event:
Anyone interested in Product or exploring a path into Product Management is welcome!
Our meetups usually bring together a mix of product managers, founders, marketers, engineers, and product designers.
The event has a relaxed format: after the main presentations, we’ll have time for mingling and drinks at the bar, perfect for connecting further, sharing ideas, and enjoying the evening. This time we’ll also have two inspiring talks:
Tracy Rolling — Lessons learned from a failed startup
Tracy will reflect on her journey: 8 months, 1 pivot, 3 hires, 10 companies using the product, and ultimately a failure to extend the runway. She’ll dive into product-led growth, moving from prototype to product, the challenges of shifting from consulting to SaaS, balancing quality with speed, and why embracing change is so hard yet essential.
Tracy is a product manager and entrepreneur, most recently Head of Product at Pulsely, a B2B SaaS supporting inclusive leadership practices. She has built health products at Philips, maps and navigation at Nokia, and advised German manufacturing leaders as a consultant. She loves making things — and making things happen.Eric Leijonmarck — Failing faster with your product in the world of AI
Eric will share how to grow from mistakes and avoid the “one door feature.” With a background spanning physics → machine learning → data engineering → tech entrepreneurship, he has broken stuff, nuked prod, scaled the wrong things, and inherited cursed code. Now he focuses on clarity, teamwork, and building things that break less and make sense.
Outside of tech, Eric enjoys dancing, yoga, and learning Portuguese. To attend the event, please register here: https://tribeirl.com/events/lisbon/product-management-society-lisbon-chapter/product-management-meetup-sep-30-2025
