What we’re about

Start your day connecting your amazing mind, body and spirit with a quick invigorating Power Pilates kick start.

Anyone can join.... YES!!!THAT MEANS YOU TOO......!!!

All you need is a mat or flat floor of any kind, some water and your lovely self.

Be prepared to get your heart rate raised and your mind and body motivated as we spend a solid 35 minutes committing to a powerful Pilates sequence which is changed each week to challenge our body mind and spirit!! Ending with a gentle stretch, cool down and meditation.

Be energized and confident to take on this challenging world we live in at the moment head on with a smile, feeling invigorated and positive.

These classes are offered Monday-Friday@ 8am (US-PST)
You must RSVP to receive the password to enter the class using the zoom link presented on the right column. This password changes each week.
