Early Morning & After-Work Runners
Welcome to our inclusive running group for both beginners and experienced runners!
We meet for relaxed early morning runs (usually before work) and after-work/afternoon runs to help you fit exercise into your busy schedule. Whether you’re just starting out, getting back into running, or training for your next goal, everyone is welcome.
Our focus is on building consistency, enjoying the fresh air, and connecting with like-minded people. Runs are social and supportive—no pressure, just good company and steady progress. We chat, encourage each other, and celebrate every mile together.
Typical events: easy group runs, occasional fun challenges, post-run chats, and beginner-friendly pace groups. All paces and abilities are celebrated!
