This group is dedicated to outdoor yoga and movement experiences in the triangle! If you're looking for yoga that welcomes all experience levels, this is the group for you. Stretch and strengthen your muscles, engage your mind, and flow with your breath. Join us for playful and adventurous outdoor movement classes hosted by RYT-certified yoga instructor, Erica.

Sunday Yoga classes take place monthly at Trophy Brewing's Maywood location. Join us inside the brewery or out on the lawn for a 60-minute yoga flow for all experience levels. Beginners welcome! Bring your mat and any props you like to use.
Registration includes one drink ticket, so stick around after class to enjoy a Trophy pint or non-alcoholic beverage and relax with the crew—great way to start your Sunday FUNday.
