About This Group
This group is dedicated to helping individuals discover inner peace, calmness, heightened awareness, and mindfulness through guided breath-work, meditation, and yoga practices.

What We Offer
Our meetups feature free, guided sessions focused on various themes, including:

The art of letting go

Improving sleep quality

Shifting from reaction to response

Healing after breakups and maintaining mental hygiene

Managing workplace stress

Making meditation simple and accessible

Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes, with 20–25 minutes devoted to breath-work and meditation. For those interested in deepening their practice, we also provide an optional three-day paid workshop.

Location & Host
Sessions are conducted in a safe and welcoming environment at the Saturn Building in Fremont, Seattle and are hosted by The Art of Living Foundation.
