The event is sold out, but it’s just a crawl around town. So feel free to join and individually buy anything that looks good! I didn't manage to get tickets, but I'm going anyway to explore the town with a tasty hot cocoa.

Shout out to whoever suggested this event in the Fall Google Survey! I always hear great things about how cute the town of Geneva is and what better way to experience it than while drinking loads of hot chocolate!

Ticket Pick up Times and Location (pre-meetup):
This is not the meetup time. This is the time frame you must pickup your tickets if you purchased tickets.
Saturday November 7th ( day of event ) - 10 AM to Noon - Geneva Chamber Visitor Center 10 S. 3rd St. Geneva, IL 60134 ( downstairs and next door to the Chamber office)  

🕐 Time: 12pm meetup. The event is officially from 11am-4pm, but 5 hours feels like a lot. If you bought tickets, please get there early to pickup your ticket.
💰 Cost: $27 - SOLD OUT
🚗 Parking: The Geneva Metra Station lot is free on weekends

I recently moved to Illinois with my boyfriend, and I’m currently in the fun stage of trying to make new friends as an adult. So here I am hosting a random assortment of events trying to figure out what midwesterners do for fun!

This is an interest survey for Date and Times! I go often so I'm perfectly happy to plan multiple days! I will default to Tuesday at 8pm Oak Brook (or the closest available time slot) if there are no proposed alternatives.

Voting Info:
Weekdays after 8pm are best. Fridays and Saturdays are very busy and we won't get to play much. Sundays after 8pm are usually fine.
Oak Brook has the better games in my opinion, but Naperville has all the classics too if people are more out that way!

About Activate
Let me introduce you to one of my favorite activities... Activate!

I never know how to describe it, but basically it's a building with a bunch of different rooms. Each room is a different layout and has a bunch of different games. There's basketball, frogger (using your feet), rock climbing, laser dodging, the list goes on.

For my fellow gamers, every game has 10 levels that you unlock and get high scores on AND you can complete badges. Complete all the badges at a location and get 50% off for life.

It's very much a choose your own adventure:
Do you want memory games or laser guns and zero physical exercise? You could do that.
Do you want to go home feeling like you've just had a very fun gym session? You could do that too.

They currently have a BOGO promo where you get a card for a free session at a later date.

📍 Location: Oak Brook Activate (there is also one in Naperville, I'm open to it)
💰 Cost: ~$30 for 1.5 hours (and a free future play)
🚗 Parking: They have a big parking lot
