A Wellness Community for Women Over 40
Welcome to Nourish & Flourish, a wellness community created for women over 40 who are ready to reconnect with themselves, reset their rhythms, and feel deeply supported on their wellness journey.
Led by Kay Jones, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, this group is a sanctuary for women over 40 who are committed to enhancing their health and embracing a transformative approach to wellness. We meet locally in Jacksonville for wellness-inspired gatherings and offer deeper opportunities for growth through group coaching and international retreats.

Local Meetups & Seasonal Events
We gather monthly for healthy brunches, nature walks, and wellness-focused outings in Jacksonville. These events are designed to help you build lasting social ties, share stories, and find like-minded women who get it.
The RESET Method: A Group Wellness Experience
Our signature 4-week program designed to help women over 40 reduce stress, support hormonal alignment, and feel more consistent energy throughout the day. The RESET Method includes weekly group coaching, practical wellness education, and supportive tools that fit your real life.
Nourish Your Life Wellness Retreats
An all-inclusive, 5-day retreat in a serene setting like Saint Lucia, Costa Rica, or Dominica exclusively for women over 40.
Each experience is limited to a small group for personalized attention and includes luxury accommodations, curated meals, excursions, spa treatments, airport transport, and pre-retreat coaching support.
The focus: renewing your routines, supporting your wellness goals in a way that feels doable, and reconnecting with the version of you that’s been quietly waiting.
