This half-day retreat brings together mindful, gentle Pilates, restorative
breathwork, acupressure, and meaningful community connection to help you
reset from the inside out.

Time: 10:00am–12:30pm (Lunch at 1:00pm)
Fee: $125 - includes fixed menu lunch at Golconda restaurant!
