We’ll be trying Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki, a savory Japanese dish layered with noodles, cabbage, egg, and your choice of toppings.

Okonomiyaki became especially popular in Hiroshima after World War II, evolving from simple, affordable dishes into the layered Hiroshima-style version loved today. 🇯🇵

Whether you’ve had okonomiyaki before or have no idea what it is, come hungry and ready to meet some new people! 😊

We’ll explore the beautiful, tree-covered Spring Creek trails in Richardson. This will be a casual social walk, no hiking experience needed and no pressure to keep a fast pace.

Come solo or bring a friend. It’s a great chance to get some steps in and meet people around!
