About: We are building a global co-living ecosystem, beginning with our first physical housing community, a flex-term modern "tiny house village" located in Raleigh, NC. Now expanding to properties around the world, our network of co-living villages allow members to 'live anywhere' on one rent. Members can also build equity (credits) towards the downpayment of their first NOMAD home through rent, travel, and bounties (more on this soon).
