Come join a group of soul-filled women as we gently regulate our nervous systems through somatic healing, meditation, and safe connection🙌
Whether you're struggling with chronic stress and anxiety or simply feeling overwhelmed by the fast pace of our modern world, working with the nervous system can help foster deep relaxation and healing.
This is a space dedicated to slowing down, reconnecting to inner peace, and empowering one another through joyful connection.
What to expect:
In this 1 hour journey, we will be guided through a combination of healing modalities such as:
-Somatic Practices,
-EFT Tapping,
-Meditation,
-And group connection.
What to bring:
- A towel or yoga mat to sit on
-Water
-A sweater or jacket (the meeting is outdoors and it can get chilly in the evening )
-And anything else you may need to be comfortable such as a blanket or pillow for the meditation🧘♀️
There will be some gentle movement so be sure to wear something comfy:)

We will be meeting at the Encinitas Viewpoint Park up on the hill!
There is ample street parking available surrounding the park.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the meeting starts to get settled in🙏
