Welcome to our group – Connecting Through Wellbeing
Our goal is to create a supportive, inclusive community where individuals can explore mindfulness, mental health, and creative expression. We aim to help people connect with themselves, others, and nature through engaging workshops, nature walks, and wellness-focused activities.
We’re looking to meet people of all ages who are seeking ways to enhance their emotional well-being, reduce stress, and build meaningful connections. Whether you're navigating mental health challenges, feeling isolated, or simply want to try something new, you'll find a welcoming space here.
At our events, you can expect activities such as mindfulness based sessions, creative workshops, LEGO-based stress relief, and nature connection activities. Together, we’ll reflect, share, and grow in a relaxed, supportive environment.

If you're feeling a bit lost, lonely, or low, you're not alone – and you don’t have to walk through it alone either.
Join our Connect3 FREE Wellbeing Walks, gentle and welcoming group walks designed to help you reconnect – with yourself, with others, and with nature. These sessions are especially for anyone struggling with their mental wellbeing, feeling isolated, or simply looking for a space to breathe in nature.
Thanks to generous funding from the National Lottery, these walks are completely free to attend.
