​Sam Shargo started his first company at 13 and went into the military at 17, then spent two decades building, scaling and eventually selling a technology and cybersecurity company. He's the author of The Liberated Path and the founder of Scale Right Partners.
​The thesis came from running two companies at the same time. One routed every decision through him. The other he designed from day one to run without him. When his family needed him through a difficult season, only one of the two survived — and that has shaped everything he's done since.
​He now advises founders of service businesses on building companies that don't depend on them.

AI in Life Sciences Summer Series: How to Agentify a Real Process. Knowing what agentic AI is and knowing where it actually fits inside your work are two different things. This session is about the second one.
​Session 2 of our Summer AI in Life Sciences Series takes a real Pharma, Biotech, or Med Tech process and walks through how to make it agentic step by step. Where does AI take the work? Where does a human have to stay in the loop? What parts should never be automated at all? We map a familiar process end to end and show you how to think about agentifying it without hand-waving.
​You'll leave able to look at your own workflows and see them differently. Which pieces are candidates, which are traps, and where the real leverage is.
​What we'll cover:

• ​Deciding what to automate and what to leave alone
• ​Where the human-in-the-loop belongs, and why
