About us
Have you wanted to dip your toes into Yoga but you don't know where to start?
Have you perhaps considered checking out the local food scene, but aren't sure what to look for?
Have you perhaps wanted to sit down and share a meal with others, while delving into a board game or two?
Then I invite you to come join our community for our Yoga Sessions, where all judgments are left at the door, and you can learn different techniques and yoga practices that exist
During our weekend practices, we will follow up our class, by sharing a meal at a local restaurant, as well as delve into some board games.
I will usually bring some of my own, but others are more than welcome to bring games that they have and they enjoy.
Although I am an aspiring Yogi, who will be going through the Yoga Teacher Training this upcoming Year, NONE OF US ARE CERTIFIED INSTRUCTORS, AND EACH PERSON IS WELCOME TO SET THEIR OWN PACE throughout the Yoga Practices that are being shown
Last Important Thing of Note:

Saturday Ease (Inside)
Milwaukee Friends Meeting House, 3224 N Gordon Pl, Milwaukee, WI, USWelcome to Saturday Ease, where we will be working on individual poses, and creating a space for our bodies, in order to improve the deepness of each individual pose.
This practice is slow-paced, and is designed to improve our durability in each individual pose, while we work to have a better understanding of our own bodies flexibility.
Come join us for this attentive practice, as we dive deep into ourselves, while testing our own limitations.
